Although we were expecting to go to run a Water Triple this morning, but due to the sun and fog issues the judges have decided to run a Land Blind and a Water Blind.
The Land Blind is 88 yards. A hidden dry pop is shot as the dog walks to the line. The mat is on the dirt road. The dog angles down the road along the shoreline and up a slight incline to tree at the edge of the water then to the blind at the base of a tree where the rooster lies.
Starting from the same point as the previous blind, the Water Blind is 112 yards. The dog angles down the road and enters into the water between two trees. The dog will then skim the water, exit the water then drives up the incline through the tree area. The hen duck is sitting left of the trees in a field area. The total time for this combination blind test is 3.25 minutes.
