Walkout - Ben went straight out to his bird.

Flyer - He had a very large area covered deep right and left before he found his bird.

Right - He had a good line to the right bird. He took two or three turns short but then he was on his bird.

Middle - A line across the field put him left of the blind and fall area.  Ben quickly made a pass on the left side and moved straight to his bird.

Handle - 3. FC ROCK RIVER BENJAMIN, "Ben," LM, Greg Bartlett

Came to the line at 12:24 pm

Flyer - Ben had a good initial line. He came out right of the bird but Ben made a left in the area of fall and scooped up the bird.

Simulated - He went out and came back with the bird.

Retired - handle - A great line through the arc of the simulated flyer. He established a hunt pattern short of the right guns and was handle to push him back to the bird.

3. FC ROCK RIVER BENJAMIN, "Ben," LM, Greg Bartlett

Ben's initial line went into the pond and over the point through the second water and up to the road. The first whistle was past the mound on right and left of bond.  Great job until the dog got out by the bird and then he lost it - took five whistles - finally got it.

Flyer - Little longer of a flyer didn't keep Ben from grabbing it and bring it back to Greg.

Middle - Missing the edge of the water and right out to the fall area. Ben grabbed the hen without a hunt.

Left - Skirting the edge of the water pushed him on line to middle gun. Up through area without hesitation then veered left to come in from behind to pick up the bird and head in.

Came to the line at 10:42 am.

Flyer - Going in a bit left of the bird, Ben got to the area of the fall and quickly turned to come back with the rooster.

MR - Out to area and with a left turn he was on the bird.

LR - Good initial line to rooster, went through the ditch and on the bird.
